This Privacy Policy explains how Zashiron LTD ("Zashiron", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use SwiftDrop — our file-transfer software and management dashboard ("Service"). By using the Service you agree to the practices described below.

1. Who We Are

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Organization InformationWhen you create an account or organization on the dashboard we collect:

Email address and display name (provided via Clerk authentication).
Organization name and any additional details you enter.
Your Zashiron-issued organization API key (generated automatically).

2.2 Device InformationWhen you register a device with SwiftDrop we store:

Device name and unique device ID you assign in the app.
Platform type (Android, Windows, macOS, Linux).
Date first registered and the plan it was activated against.

2.3 Transfer MetadataSwiftDrop never stores the contents of transferred files. For paid plans we may retain transfer metadata (file name, file size, sender device, receiver device, timestamp) for the history window defined by your plan (7 days Free · 30 days Pro · 90 days Business · 1 year Enterprise).2.4 Subscription and Billing InformationPayments are processed by Paystack. We do not store full card numbers. We receive and store:

Your current plan tier and subscription status.
Billing period start and end dates.
Paystack transaction and subscription reference IDs.

2.5 Usage and Analytics DataWe collect anonymised analytics (page views, performance metrics) via Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. No personally identifiable information is attached to these records.2.6 Log and Technical DataOur servers may log IP addresses, request timestamps, HTTP status codes, and relay session metadata for security and debugging purposes. These logs are retained for up to 30 days.

3. What We Never Collect

The contents of any file you transfer over LAN — those bytes never leave your local network.
The contents of files transferred over Office Tunnel relay — we relay encrypted bytes without inspection.
Passwords in plain text — authentication is delegated entirely to Clerk.

4. How We Use Your Information

To create and manage your account and organization.
To enforce device seat limits and verify plan entitlements in the SwiftDrop app.
To process subscription payments and send billing receipts.
To provide Office Tunnel relay services to Pro and Business subscribers.
To respond to support requests and technical enquiries.
To improve the Service using anonymised analytics data.

5. Third-Party Services

Clerk (clerk.com) — authentication and session management.
Appwrite (appwrite.io) — organization and device data storage.
Paystack (paystack.com) — payment processing.
Vercel (vercel.com) — website and API hosting, anonymous analytics.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

Account and organization data — retained while your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion.
Transfer metadata — retained for the history window of your plan, then automatically purged.
Payment references — retained for 7 years to satisfy Nigerian tax and financial regulations.
Server logs — retained for 30 days.

7. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you.
Export your organization data — contact us to request a machine-readable export.
Object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.
