Managing Your Subscription

All billing is managed from Dashboard → Billing. This page covers upgrades, cancellations, invoices, and payment methods.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select the new plan.
  4. Complete payment via Paystack.

Your plan upgrades immediately and additional device slots become available right away.

Downgrading your plan

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Change Plan and select a lower tier.
  3. Confirm the downgrade.

Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. At renewal, the new lower plan takes effect. If your registered device count exceeds the new plan's limit, you will be prompted to remove excess devices before the downgrade completes.

Cancelling

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing.
  2. Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period — you are not charged again. After expiry your account reverts to Free (2 devices, no relay). Your data is not deleted on cancellation.

Invoices

Download invoices from Dashboard → Billing → Invoice History. Invoices are generated on each renewal and immediately after a plan change.

Payment methods

Payments are processed securely by Paystack. We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Verve
  • Bank transfer (Nigeria)
  • USSD (select Nigerian banks)

Zashiron does not store your card details — all payment data is held by Paystack.

Failed payments

If a payment fails:

  1. You will receive an email from Paystack with a retry link.
  2. Update your payment method in Dashboard → Billing → Payment Method.
  3. Payments are retried automatically for up to 7 days.
  4. After 7 failed attempts your subscription is cancelled and your account reverts to Free.
