Organizations & Teams

Organizations let you share a SwiftDrop subscription across multiple users and devices, with centralised management from the dashboard.

Creating an organisation

1. Sign in at zashiron.org and click Dashboard.
2. Click Create Organisation.
3. Enter your org name and click Create.
4. Your org is created on the Free plan with 2 device slots.

Inviting team members

1. Go to Dashboard → Organisation → Members.
2. Click Invite Member.
3. Enter the member's email address.
4. They receive an invitation email and join using their Zashiron account.

All members share the org's device pool and relay quota.

Device limits by plan

Managing members

• Remove a member — their devices are immediately deregistered from the org.
• Transfer ownership — assign a new admin via Organisation Settings.
• View activity — see which devices are active and when they last connected.

API keys

Each organisation has one API key that authenticates SwiftDrop app devices. The key is org-scoped — all member devices use the same key.

• View your API key in Dashboard → Settings → API Key.
• Rotate the key if compromised — all devices will be signed out and must re-enter the new key.
